Leigh Sullivan, Founder

Adventurous, humorous, unflappable and unstoppable, Leigh, a Denver native, is a widely respected marketing and communications strategist.

She’s the founder of Sullivan Restaurant Group and has worked in the hospitality arena for more than three decades. Leigh is heavily involved in philanthropic and community endeavors, including the GLBT Community Center of Colorado. Her Oscar moment came when she was recognized by The Center on Colfax for her invaluable service to the LGBTQ communities.

Additionally, Leigh is co-chair of Firefly Autism’s Laugh Yourself Blue 2020 and the founder of FIVE Colorado, a joint venture between her company and Colorado’s most influential chefs and beverage heavyweights, all of whom showcase the state’s burgeoning culinary scene through collaborative dinners, charity events and high-profile appearances—including the James Beard House and Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

Leigh spends her free time cooking, working out, volunteering for Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary, watching bizarre docuseries and hanging out with her wonderful kids, husband and dogs.
